Amanda Kuo has been serving buyers, sellers, investment property owners, and renters across Watertown, Newton, Belmont, and Lexington as a real estate salesperson and rental specialist with PH Realty Group. In just a short time, she has found the work deeply rewarding, and it has only strengthened her already deep connection to the greater Boston community.

Amanda’s passion for real estate was sparked early — growing up in Newton, she was shaped by her mother’s love of architecture and interior design, and she fell in love with Boston’s neighborhoods long before she ever thought of selling them. She went on to graduate from the then brand-new Newton North High School before earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. Today she calls Watertown home.

A natural extrovert, Amanda brings genuine enthusiasm to every client relationship. She is drawn to real estate because she loves sharing everything the greater Boston area has to offer, and she finds real joy in helping people find a home they truly love. She understands that the search process is deeply personal — shaped by lifestyle, priorities, and what makes a place feel like home — and she approaches each client with that in mind. When she is not working, you can often find Amanda outside or out on the water. She has a deep love for animals, especially dogs, and enjoys catching the latest film at the movies.
