Why is the program limited to two homes?

Market Ready is a pilot, and we are running it the way a pilot should be run, with a small founding group rather than a full book of clients. We take only a couple of homes at a time on purpose. Each one gets the full investment and our complete attention, and we want to see exactly how sellers experience the program before we open it wider. This first group are founding clients. They lock in the best terms Market Ready will ever offer, and they help shape what it becomes.

It is also selective by design. The higher sale price pays for the prep, not you. We cover $8,500+ or more of value via cleaning, landscaping and media because a professionally prepped and marketed home typically sells for $30,000 to $60,000 more in our area. We earn our commission only when your home sells, the same way you get paid.

We waive his commission. You agree on a target sale price in writing, and if we do not bring you an offer at or above that number, we earn nothing, not a reduced commission. None.

Then our fee starts working for you instead of against you. If your home is priced at our agreed target and is not under agreement within the local average time on market, our commission drops 0.25% for every week it lingers, down to a floor of 3%.
